These Terms govern the use of the game Worldie (the “Game”), developed and published by Glitch Fish, the trade name of WILLY WORKS LTDA, CNPJ 41.398.493/0001-47, located at Rua Professor Samuel Moura, 750, apto. 1305, Judith, Londrina – PR, 86061-060, Brazil (“we” or “us”). By downloading or playing Worldie, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The Game
Worldie is free to play, with ads and optional purchases. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play Worldie on your own devices for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Coins
Coins are the Game’s virtual currency. They can be earned in levels, by watching rewarded videos, or bought in packs, and are used inside the Game, for example to retry a level, unlock stadiums, and travel between islands.
- Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or real goods, and cannot be transferred to another person or device.
- The number of coins received per video may vary and is shown in the Game.
- Spent coins are not refunded.
- We may adjust coin prices and the Game’s economy to keep it balanced.
3. Purchases
- Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store, which process the payment and apply their own terms. The price is always the one shown by the store.
- Coin packs are consumable: coins are added to your balance and, once spent, cannot be restored.
- Remove ADS is a one-time, permanent purchase: it turns off automatically shown ads; rewarded videos remain available as an option. It can be restored in Settings > Remove ADS > Restore purchase, using the same store account used to buy it.
- Refund requests follow Google Play or Apple policies, without prejudice to the rights guaranteed by consumer protection laws.
- Purchases by minors must be authorized by a parent or guardian. The stores offer purchase approval features (Family Link and “Ask to Buy”).
4. Progress saved on the device
Progress, coins, and settings are saved only on your device. If you clear the app data, uninstall the Game, or change devices, that progress and any unused coins will be lost, and we cannot recover them. Remove ADS can be restored as described above.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative versions of the Game, except where permitted by law;
- use cheats, automation software, bugs, or any other means to obtain coins or advantages improperly;
- interfere with ads, purchases, or the operation of the Game;
- use the Game for commercial or unlawful purposes.
We may correct balances or items obtained improperly.
6. Intellectual property
The Game, including its brand, name, art, sounds, music, levels, and code, belongs to WILLY WORKS LTDA or its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any rights to these elements beyond the license described in section 1.
7. Availability and updates
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any part of it, including levels, prices, and features. Some updates may be required to keep playing. Features that depend on the internet, such as videos and purchases, may be temporarily unavailable.
8. Liability
The Game is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions, loss of progress saved on the device, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that the law guarantees and that cannot be waived by contract.
9. App stores
These Terms are between you and WILLY WORKS LTDA, not Google or Apple. If you download the Game from the App Store, Apple’s standard license terms also apply; if you download it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. In case of conflict, the store’s rules prevail where mandatory.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page. By continuing to play after an update, you agree to the new version.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Londrina – PR, Brazil, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer’s right to file a claim in the courts of their place of residence. Consumers in other countries keep the mandatory rights granted by their local law.
